The land case had started when Daulatpur gram sabha’s gram pradhan, Rajkumari Singh’s son had filed a case of fraud against Big B. Big B had apparently donated plots khasra number 711 and 793 among other plots to Nishtha foundation.
Rajkumari Singh’s son had alleged that the two aforementioned plots were promised by Big B to Daulatpur gram sabha. Therefore, when this did not happen he filed the case.
Now, that Nishtha foundation has returned the two plots and Big B planning to give the same to the gram sabha the case is closed.
