Soha Ali Khan finds Irfan Pathan charming

Soha Ali Khan is very unlike her famous brother Saif Ali Khan except for their romantic instinct. Saif was earlier married to Amrita Singh and is currently going steady with Kareena Kapoor. But Soha has been keeping low as far as her love life is concerned though she is romantic at heart. However, she has surprised everyone this time around by revealing that Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan is charming.

Soha seems to have a soft corner for cricketers. She revealed not long ago that she had a crush on Rahul Dravid once. So, it didn’t come as a surprise when she expressed her admiration for Irfan Pathan, who he met on her game show recently. She however said that she has never thought of marrying a cricketer.

She is currently busy promoting her film Tum Mile, which is releasing tomorrow, 13th November. She acts with serial kisser Emraan Hashmi in the film.

Soha refuses love-making scenes with Shiney

Shiney is all set to resume shooting for his upcoming film. However, it is facing problems. One immediate and unfortunate fallout of his being accused of raping his maid, is that out-on-bail actor Shiney Ahuja reportedly finds Bollywood actresses shying away from doing romantic scenes with him. It is believed that Soha Ali Khan, cast opposite Shiney in Ranjita Nandy’s ‘Ek Accident’, has said no to a love-making scene with him in the film.

Soha had to be convinced by Ranjita to complete the film which was stalled after Shiney was arrested.

Though Shiney is counting heavily on this film to salvage his career, his past behaviour with other actresses is now also causing a big problem for the beleaguered actor. Apparently, actresses who earlier put up with Shiney’s tantrums don’t see why they have to work with him now.

‘Ek Accident’ is almost 95 per cent complete and the remainder of the film will be shot in Delhi as Shiney has been asked to stay away from Mumbai by the court.

After doing two liplocks with Emraan Hashmi in Tum Mile, Soha Ali Khan has now shot for a steamy music video for the movie.
It was filmed a week ago at a Yari Road bungalow that was converted into an art studio for the shoot's setting.

Says director Kunal Deshmukh, "When I told Soha about the music video, her initial reaction was: 'What? You are selling sex!' She has this asexual tag to her. It is like Soha is not a sexy actress. But she has a great body and her 'no kiss, no this and no that' persona on screen is finally breaking through her head. She is now shedding all her inhibitions."

It is learnt that Saif Ali Khan's sister was apprehensive about doing the sensual video. "But I did not want the usual backdrop dancers in it with the actors," explains Kunal. "She and her co-star Emraan Hashmi, who plays an artist, essay a live-in couple. It gelled with the video's concept about moments spent at his art studio."
Pritam, who has scored the music for the Vishesh Productions project has Kay Kay singing the Dil Ibadat track for the video. "It has been specially shot for the promotions of Tum Mile. Right now, I have not decided whether I will include it in the end credits. I will take a call on it more closer to the film's release in November," points out Deshmukh.

Soha Ali Khan and Shiney Ahuja come together in Accident

Lissome Soha Ali and handsome Shiney Ahuja who were last seen in Sudhir Mishr’a ‘Khoya Khoya Chand’ are once again set to scorch the silver screen in a Pritish Nandy Comunications (PNC) flick tentatively titled ‘Accident.’ Buzz has it that the shoot is being carried out in Goa in all secrecy and the lead pair too is tight lipped and are in no mood to spill any beans about the movie.

When asked Pritish Nandy, the head of Pritish Nandy Communications, a bemused honcho said, “How did you hear about it? Yes, we're doing a start-to-finish quickie with Soha and Shiney in Goa. It's tentatively titled Accident.”

The movie will be directed by Abhijeet Chowdhury, a big shot name in advertising world whose Bengali flick ‘Patal Ghar’ won the President’s Gold Medal.

When enquired about the stealth shooting of the flick, Nandy said, "At a time when no new films are being announced and big films are suffering for finances, we don't think it's right to start a film with any fanfare. Better to do it quietly. We complete Accident in 23 days."

Nevertheless, there is one more reason behind the hushed up shooting of the film as ‘Accident’ is a thriller movie which could be leaked on mobile camera. It seems the producers are determined to insure the mystery behind ‘Accident’!
