Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted frolicking on the beach on Paradise Island, Bahamas.
Ms. Montag and Mr. Pratt are in the Bahamas for Heidi’s first performance on Miss Universe where she sang (or lip-synched) her new single “Body Language.”
